best stay ever. the view is AMAZING!
amazing views friendly staff clean room
i enjoyed my stay so much! i enjoyed the views from the rooftop restaurant, it was a total dream. the reception staffs were friendly, and the security. the room was so clean, and the cleaners were nice.
i did find the lifts to be a pain. i waited quite a while each time i needed to use them.

The location allowed quick access to transportation. i found the taxi service readily available right outside. the suite itself was impressively spacious. The rooftop restaurant offered delicious meals. the pool area provided comfortable relaxation.
the wait times for the lifts sometimes felt long.

The staff was professional and friendly. the pool area was lovely. there were cozy sunbeds perfect. I was grateful.
the hotel room lacked cleanliness. there were stains on the carpet in the main room. i also noticed stains inside the bath.

I was pleased with the room size. It was a Premium One-Bedroom Suite. I also appreciated the convenient location near the metro stations. It made getting around easy.
The elevators were very slow. Waiting times sometimes reached 15 minutes. The windows were also quite dirty. This obstructed the view from the room.

the staff was professional and the hotel was clean. the pool area had cozy sunbeds. breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. the elevator wait time was a bit longer during peak hours.
i requested additional soap and shampoo after running out but they never arrived. i called twice and was assured they would be provided. i had to use hand soap for bathing and went without shampoo.

the metro subway station stood close, also a supermarket and after hours food exist less than five minutes walking from the hotel. rooms were cleaned daily by good staff. the breakfast offered many delicious choices. i found helpful the staff and their professionalism.
waiting for lifts was often long, this needed patience.
